So on the heels of a bum Joyballs Single I posted my review of Female Ejaculation & the G-Spot by Deborah Sundahl. This book was an eye opener for me. Hmm, that’s maybe not the best cliche to use here…
Anyway, turns out I have weak PC muscles, which I knew already, hence the need to explore vaginal exercisers. But, I learned that I’ve been doing my Kegels incorrectly, and everything is basically just a big tense mess down there. That explains my difficulty and why I’m so dependent on clitoral stimulation. I don’t mean for that to sound like it’s a bad thing or weakness on my part, but this is a personal exploration and growth path thingy I’m on, so I’ll just need to keep at it.
It’s not always easy to find time to practice stimulating my G-spot in the way I’m supposed to in order to learn how to ejaculate, though. It’s a whole set-up with mirrors, pillows, towels, toys, and a speculum (which I don’t have). Plus, I have to create a soothing environment, with no distractions and complete privacy. Yeah. See, the trouble there is that I have these things called kids and another thing called a husband. I don’t get 2-3 hours of relaxed quiet and total privacy that often.
Basically, I need to build up strength in my pelvic floor muscles, while learning to relax and let go once I finally find the time to figure out what the heck I’m doing. It will be slow going.

Awww I feel your pain but I hope things are going better for you! I know that after working my PC muscles I find that G spot orgasm is easier to achieve. Love, luck and some nice hot showers all by yourself! (I have three kids of my own…and the bath tub is something I think of fondly and look forward to in the future!)

Thank you! Yes, it easier when the muscles are conditioned. I can tell a difference after consistently doing my Kegels compared to times when I’ve been slacking.
