I suppose it’s pretty obvious that I’m a big fan of Fun Factory. They have such an awesome collection of high quality, well designed sex toys. I also love dual stimulators, so when I saw the Bimini Flash I knew it was something I wanted to try, and luckily for me, EdenFantasys.com agreed to send me one to review.
Like my other Fun Factory sex toys, Bimini Flash comes in a molded plastic clamshell inside a windowed box that has back flaps with detailed product information. You also get a free lube sample, little product brochure, and use instructions in several different languages.
The Bimini Flash is part of Fun Factory’s Minivibes product line, and like the Spring Vibe, it’s covered in soft silicone, conveniently sized, and rechargeable thanks to the seriously cool Click ‘N Charge system.
The charger cable has little magnetic points that connect to the Fun Factory logo on the base of the vibe. While charging, the logo on the charger will light up in red. Once it’s fully charged, the light will turn white.
The controls are just like those on the Spring Vibe. Press the + button for a few seconds, and the motor starts at a rumbly and slow constant vibration. Keep pushing to increase the speed and to get to the pulse settings.
Once in pulse mode, the + button cycles through the 3 patterns: a throbbing, escalating pulse, a faster escalating pulse, and a short, sharp pulse. Pressing the – button takes you back to the fastest speed of constant vibration. To turn the motor off, hold the – button until the vibe slows down all the way, then push it again.
Bimini Flash is a fantastic little vibe. It’s quiet, powerful, and feels awesome. The vibrations travel well through the shaft and the soft clitoral stimulator. It’s also super easy to take care of: just be sure to only use water-based lube, and clean with soap and water.
The silicone is giving, but the shaft is pretty firm underneath until you get close to the tip, so while it’s not going to give you a lot of g-spot pressure, it’s great for trusting or inserting all the way and grinding against. This vibe reminds me of the Butterfly Kiss, only it’s a lot nicer and made from better material.
Bimini Flash has everything I love about the Spring Vibe, plus a clitoral stimulator attachment, so all in all I think it’s certainly one worth having. But you don’t have to take my word for it, as there are more reviews for this toy over on EdenFantasys.com.
